No cancellations or refunds once downloaded or accessed.

• Cancellation: Can be requested within 12 hours of order placement.

• Returns: Accepted only for defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery.

• Refunds: Processed after product inspection. It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

To request a cancellation or return, email us at contact@oneiropolos.in with your order ID and reason.

For eligible issues, please contact Oneiropolos with:

• Order number or transaction details

• Product name

• Description of the problem

• Screenshot or other relevant evidence, if applicable

We may first provide a replacement file, corrected file, or updated version where appropriate. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.

Refunds generally will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Purchasing the wrong product by mistake

• Lack of software required to open or edit the file

• Inability to use the product because of unsupported software or hardware

• Failure to read the product description before purchase

• Personal preference regarding the design

• Products that have already been downloaded or accessed, except where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered

• Failure to understand the editing process when the product description clearly explains the required software or format
